Know Your Guest Star!
Blodwen is a gothic symphony rock band born in Indonesia. Blodwen combines symphonic rock, gothic atmosphere, melodic guitars and powerful versatile vocals to create spirited music filled with a lot of emotions.
Blodwen started in 2004 as a J-Rock cover band called Private Joker. In 2007, Blodwen was introduced to European metal and it has never been the same since then. 2009 marked the official change in their vision and music, where Blodwen 'graduated' from cover band and focused more on their own original music.
In the same year, Blodwen was contracted by Red Rivet Records - an underground metal label from Japan. Blodwen's debut album "Black Symphony" was released in September 2010 in both Japan and Indonesia, and now has reached Germany, USA, France, Spain, Norway, etc. Blodwen has also been reviewed by international sites like Metal Storm, Femme Metal, Raven Heart, Rebirth Era, etc - and still ongoing with their journey to become a solid professional rock band.
We are warmly welcoming you to come to our jam session. Bring your friends, family, and also your instrument to jam with us.
